Welcome to the Website of BVI Entertainment (UK) Limited. 

My name is Rebecca Outman and I have been a Director here since 2006.

BVI undertake a diverse range of entertainment based operations. The most significant  being our ‘Themeing’ or ‘Imagination’ services.  Take a small seaside amusement park for example, with a little Imagination it can become something quite spectacular. We can advise on ‘Themeing’ towards a certain area, perhaps a western town, or, perhaps with correctly placed signs, decor & plants a beach resort.   But it’s not only amusement parks; it could be a holiday centre, a hotel, even a domestic garden.

We also operate a very successful customer services investgation & property checks side to the business.  Maybe you own a hotel – we can visit as a ‘Mystery Guest’ and undertake a complete review of your customer services.   We will highlight where you are succeeding as well as the areas that need improvement.

Between the Directors we have many years of experience; I myself have spent over 12 years working for a worldwide entertainment company & theme park operator, dealing with everything from entertainment scheduling to choreography.   Gary Watson has also worked for these major entertainment companies undertaking the European joint manager role for customer services.
